Retention Officer (Final Expense)

Errands Services is currently looking for experienced Retention Officers to join our Final Expense Campaign based in Islamabad. Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer interactions by effectively addressing concerns and objections related to Final Expense policies.
- Retain customers by presenting tailored solutions and offers that meet their specific needs.
- Apply strong negotiation and closing techniques to consistently meet retention goals.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales and retention targets on a regular basis.
- Maintain professional communication to build and sustain long-term customer relationships.
- Follow campaign processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements diligently.

Required Qualifications
- Prior experience specifically in Final Expense campaigns is essential.
- Proven success in customer retention and sales roles.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
- Experience working in BPO, sales, retention, or Final Expense environments.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.
- A motivated, target-oriented, and professional approach to work.
