AMG Technologies 2.0, located in Bahria Town Phase 7, Islamabad, is seeking a Retention Specialist to join its US Medicare Campaign team. This position involves engaging with existing enrolled clients to ensure uninterrupted service, address any concerns, and foster long-term relationships. The role does not involve cold calling, as you will be working exclusively with active, enrolled customers. This is a full-time opportunity based in Rawalpindi, requiring the ability to work night shifts aligned with US hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with enrolled Medicare clients to ensure service continuity.
- Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally to maintain satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Meet or exceed performance targets consistently.
- Work collaboratively within the healthcare team to support campaign goals.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work night shifts according to US time zones.
- Target-oriented mindset with confidence and professionalism.
