Revamp supervisor

AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Revamp Supervisor to oversee and manage renovation and revamp projects at our DHA Phase 8 location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all renovation activities are executed efficiently, safely, and within the approved timelines. This role requires strong coordination with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain quality standards and project progress. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs 60,000 to Rs 70,000 and requires the candidate to work on-site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor ongoing revamp and renovation activities to ensure smooth execution.
- Coordinate effectively with contractors, vendors, and relevant departments to maintain project alignment.
- Ensure that all work is completed according to approved plans, specifications, and timelines.
- Monitor material usage, quality control, and overall site progress to maintain standards.
- Enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports and updates to management for review.

Required Qualifications:
- Relevant educational background in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in renovation, maintenance, or project supervision roles.
- Strong coordination abilities and team management skills to handle multiple stakeholders.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet strict deadlines.

Work Location:
This is an in-person role based at DHA Phase 8.
