Reverse Recruiting Intern

This two-month unpaid internship is designed for individuals eager to learn how to transform ideas into engaging, story-driven videos that highlight career development, recruitment, and reverse recruiting themes. Interns will gain hands-on experience creating short films, animated stories, educational reels, and promotional content using AI-assisted video tools. The role requires a commitment of 8 hours per day, five days a week, with flexible working hours and mandatory attendance for scheduled online meetings. A personal laptop and reliable internet connection are essential for participation.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative video concepts centered on job-search challenges, career growth, recruitment, and reverse recruiting.
- Produce short, story-driven promotional videos using AI-assisted video generation and editing software.
- Write scripts, create characters, dialogue, hooks, storyboards, and narrative sequences.
- Create educational videos, social media reels, and promotional content tailored for RR Studio’s audience.
- Learn and apply AI voice generation, animation, image-to-video workflows, video editing, and sound design techniques.
- Edit video content to ensure professional quality, appropriate pacing, accurate subtitles, and consistent branding.
- Collaborate effectively with marketing and graphic design teams to align content with overall strategies.
- Develop realistic fictional career scenarios while maintaining honesty and avoiding fabricated client success stories.
- Ensure originality, consistency, and high quality across all video projects.
- Participate actively in training sessions covering reverse recruiting, AI tools, and professional development.

Required Qualifications
- Passion for storytelling, filmmaking, editing, animation, or AI-generated media.
- Creative mindset with an understanding of how stories engage and capture audience attention.
- Basic knowledge of video editing or scriptwriting is advantageous but not mandatory.
