Reviews Associate

We are looking for a talented and proactive Review Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for refining and enhancing user-generated reviews to ensure they meet high editorial standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal English skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the initiative to maintain quality throughout the review process. Additionally, you will be expected to handle various writing-related tasks such as drafting proposals, guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Key Responsibilities

- Extract and edit user-generated reviews with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain and update all necessary data in Excel sheets, ensuring data integrity.
- Use AI tools and carefully crafted prompts to rewrite reviews into a first-person, professional, and engaging tone.
- Identify and remove AI-generated phrasing, repetitive language, and any sensitive or offensive content.
- Strategically enhance reviews while preserving the original message and intent.
- Edit reviews to ensure clarity, grammatical accuracy, and a natural, human-like flow.
- Create creative and relevant titles that accurately reflect the review content without discrepancies.
- Maintain consistency in tone, structure, and editorial style across all reviews.
- Uphold high editorial standards and ensure all content complies with company and brand guidelines.
- Work extensively with Excel to populate, review, and format master sheets.
- Continuously improve AI prompts and editorial workflows to boost output quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve inconsistencies, share best practices, and provide constructive feedback.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- 1–2 years of experience in content writing, editing, or a related role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail with proven editing and proofreading capabilities.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and suggest improvements.
- Proficiency in Excel, especially for managing and editing text-heavy spreadsheets.
- Ability to identify and eliminate AI-generated phrasing to maintain a natural, human tone.
- Strong communication skills to provide feedback and mentor junior team members when needed.
- Experience in maintaining reports, tracking progress, and assessing performance for continuous improvement.
- Prior experience in review editing or similar content-focused roles is an advantage.
- Effective time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
