Revit Architectural / MEP Modeler, Lahore

Struvek specializes in engineering drafting, BIM modeling, and coordination services for AEC firms, initially focusing on structural building projects and expanding into architectural and MEP disciplines. Key Responsibilities
- Build Revit models and drawing sheets for architectural or MEP systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical layouts, under the guidance of a Senior Revit BIM Modeler.
- Model architectural elements such as walls, floors, doors, windows, and ceilings, or MEP components like ducts, pipes, fixtures, and electrical systems within Revit.
- Prepare plans, sections, details, schedules, and sheets based on markups and design drawings.
- Apply company BIM standards, templates, families, and naming conventions consistently.
- Coordinate your model with structural and other discipline models, identifying and resolving clashes.
- Update drawings promptly following review comments from the Senior Modeler.
- Maintain organized files and provide daily progress reports, including any blockers encountered.

Required Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of practical experience using Revit for architectural or MEP modeling.
- Degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD software.
- Ability to interpret design drawings and develop complete drawing sets independently.
- A portfolio or sample sheets demonstrating previous work is mandatory.
- Strong written English skills for clear task updates and communication.
- Availability to work on-site in Lahore.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with Navisworks and clash detection tools is advantageous.
- Skills in Revit MEP family creation are a plus.
- Familiarity with US standards such as ASHRAE, NEC, and IBC is beneficial.
- Knowledge of Dynamo or other Revit automation tools is desirable.
