The Revit Engineer will play a crucial role in developing, updating, and coordinating Building Information Models (BIM) using Autodesk Revit. This position requires hands-on experience in Revit modeling, a strong understanding of engineering drawings, and the ability to collaborate effectively with design and site teams. The goal is to produce accurate, construction-ready documentation that supports MEP and ELV systems throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed 2D and 3D Revit models for MEP systems, including HVAC/ductwork, electrical power and lighting, plumbing/fire protection, as well as ELV systems such as IT/data networks, CCTV, audio-visual, and security, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Convert conceptual designs, single-line diagrams, schematics, and engineering drawings into precise Revit models across all relevant disciplines.
- Model IT infrastructure components like structured cabling, data racks, and telecom rooms within the Revit environment.
- Create layouts and models for CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and other security systems, including devices and containment.
- Model audio-visual systems, covering equipment, cabling, and containment routes as required.
- Coordinate MEP and ELV models with architectural and structural models to identify and resolve clashes using tools such as Revit and Navisworks.
- Prepare and update construction drawings, schedules, and BIM deliverables throughout the project phases.
- Maintain BIM standards, templates, families, and naming conventions consistently across all disciplines.
- Create and customize Revit families for various MEP and ELV equipment, including AHUs, pumps, panels, fixtures, IT racks, CCTV, AV, and security devices.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, consultants, designers, and site teams to ensure models reflect current design intent and site conditions.
- Review drawings and models for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with applicable codes and standards.
- Support quantity take-offs and documentation necessary for procurement and construction activities.
- Participate in coordination meetings and clash detection reviews with other project disciplines.
- Maintain version control and proper documentation of all Revit models and drawing revisions.
- Flexibility to work on Eastern Standard Time (EST) shifts as required, with planned rotation between local and EST hours communicated by the company.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of practical experience working with Autodesk Revit on MEP and/or ELV systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, IT, CCTV, AV, or security disciplines.
- Strong understanding of MEP and ELV building systems and their representation within BIM models.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, single-line diagrams, schematics, and specifications.
- Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary models and resolving design clashes effectively.
- High attention to detail with a commitment to producing accurate and high-quality deliverables.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, including on-site coordination.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD MEP, or other BIM/CAD coordination software.
- Knowledge of relevant MEP and ELV codes and standards such as ASHRAE, NEC, IPC, IEC, TIA/EIA, BICSI, or local equivalents.
- Experience creating custom Revit families and templates tailored for MEP and ELV equipment.
- Previous experience in consulting, EPC, or engineering services environments focused on MEP and ELV systems.

This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects involving complex MEP and ELV systems, contributing to high-quality BIM deliverables and construction documentation within a collaborative and dynamic team setting.
