Survey2Plan is seeking skilled Revit / Scan-to-BIM Technicians with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our team working on UK projects. This fully remote role is based in Pakistan and offers the opportunity to work closely with our UK-based survey and project teams. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience converting point cloud data into precise BIM models, contributing to the delivery of measured building surveys and Scan-to-BIM models for our UK clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Model existing buildings in Revit using point cloud data formats such as .rcp and .e57.
- Produce detailed floor plans, elevations, and sections that comply with UK survey standards.
- Verify model accuracy against the original scans, ensuring Level of Detail (LOD) 200 to 300 standards are met.
- Collaborate effectively with the UK survey and project teams to ensure project requirements and deadlines are met.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Between 1 and 2 years of professional experience in Revit modeling.
- Experience with Scan-to-BIM workflows and point cloud processing software such as Autodesk ReCap or equivalent is strongly preferred.
- Proficient written English skills to facilitate clear communication with UK colleagues.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Salary range from PKR 80,000 to 150,000, commensurate with experience.
- Quarterly commission incentives based on performance.

- Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM PKT, with weekends off.
