We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Manager to oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, designing of company policies and setting objectives for the HR team. You will also help shape our employer brand strategy. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with HR technology, and have experience of recruiting technical employees to a digital agency.

Ultimately, you will ensure our company attracts, hires, develops and retains qualified technical personnel eg software engineers, designers and social media executives.

Working in a senior position, you will work directly with CEO and in close coordination with department managers.

This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to grow and develop in an expanding, internationally acclaimed offshore software development and digital agency.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Setting objectives for the HR team and tracking progress
  • Designing and implementing company policies that promote a healthy work environment
  • Developing compensation and benefits plans
  • Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process
  • Host in-house recruitment events
  • Discuss employees’ career development paths with managers
  • Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire)
  • Review departmental budgets
  • Organize learning and development programs
  • Ensure HR staff addresses employees’ requests and grievances in a timely manner
  • Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations
  • Work closely with CEO and implement company business objectives and needs by resource allocation
  • Implementation and tracking of SMART Goals

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • High achieving educational background with BSc degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology
  • 5+ yrs experience in the Human resource department 
  • Proven work experience as a HR Manager in a digital agency or software house
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software
  • Solid understanding of labor legislation
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Leadership skills
  • Ability to foster healthy employee relations
