RFP - GT61EES82026 - Assessment Partner for EDGE Punjab Project with UNICEF

We are seeking a dedicated Assessment Partner for the EDGE Punjab Project in collaboration with UNICEF. This role involves partnering with the British Council to support the project’s assessment needs, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to agreed standards. The successful candidate will work closely with project stakeholders to design, implement, and manage assessment frameworks that align with the project objectives. This opportunity requires a strategic and detail-oriented professional who can contribute to the successful evaluation and impact measurement of the EDGE Punjab initiative.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive assessment strategies tailored to the EDGE Punjab Project requirements.
- Collaborate with UNICEF, British Council, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of assessment tools and methodologies.
- Manage the collection, analysis, and reporting of assessment data to inform project progress and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and contractual terms throughout the assessment process.
- Provide expert advice and support on assessment-related matters to project teams and partners.
- Respond to clarifications and queries related to the assessment scope and deliverables within specified timelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records in line with British Council and UNICEF standards.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing or partnering on large-scale assessment projects, preferably within the education or development sectors.
- Strong understanding of assessment methodologies, data analysis, and reporting techniques.
- Familiarity with safeguarding policies and contractual compliance in international development projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in using digital platforms for tender submissions and project management.
