- The right candidate will be required to plan and manage capital for RHINO and its sister concerns (Nescamp & Charagdin) utilising the ERP Software and his team.
- The candidate MUST have experience in developing budget for an organization and monitoring it on a day-to-day basis, in order to ensure compliance in spending.
- The right candidate MUST have experience in Internal Audits and shall be required to do the same on quarterly basis.
- The candidate will be required to lead the Finance & Accounts department and ensure compliance in all Ledgers of the company.
- Job details include liaisoning with the banks for leases, remittances, bids and performance securities.
- Responsibilities also include the maintenance of Register for Fixed Assets. Responsibilities include the checking and signing of Bank Payment Vouchers, Bank Receipt Vouchers, Cash Payment Vouchers, Cash Summaries, Cash Receipt Vouchers, Journal Vouchers, Salary Sheets, Purchase Journal Vouchers, Sales Invoices and Debit/Credit Notes.
- The right candidate will be expected to ensure 100% mapping of Sales Tax Payable and Receivable Accounts on a semi-annual basis and adjust any entries after obtaining prior approval from the CEO.
- Cash Flow Management is amongst the expectations from the candidate.
