2. Work with GM Procurement & Purchaser to select product that are in demand.
3 Planning dispatch time table with Director Operation.
4. Ensure Store have enough relevant stock at the right time.
5. Arrange transportation of minor dispatches.
6. Tracking material till arrival at their destination
7. Define transportation ruts to driver on sites.
8. Ensure zero out of stocks at any time n the stores an enable inventory controller to achieve this target.
9. Review drawings with manager QA/QC & handover drawing to production department.
10. Timely dispatch finished products.
