Here at Rhythm we aim to foster an environment of positivity, and as the first face to greet our members, our Associate must embody this.
The Studio Operations Associate is responsible for:
· The daily operations involved in running front-end activities including front desk management and attendance
· Handling all inquiries and following up with any leads and potential prospects
· Driving Rhythm Memberships and working with clients to determine programming options that meet their Wellness and Fitness goals
· Collecting instructor and customer feedback
· Timely fee collection and records management
Rhythm is a boutique Wellness Studio . We offer a wide array of classes, ranging from our signature cycling class and HIIT, to our signature aerial yoga classes and dance – all bound together by our commitment to wellness and mental well-being which forms the foundation of our studio.
