Customer Care Representatives use their skills and experience to ensure that we deliver the highest standards of service to customers. We have vacancies available for university graduates to join our growing team of customer care executives who will be responsible for managing customer queries through online communication and phone.

Reps will be provided adequate training to complete their assigned tasks and all representatives must be fluent in English. The main mode of communication of all represenatives with customer will be through CRM portal with phone and email communication. 

Representatives who will perform well in their assigned taks will be promoted into customer care management and various opportunities exist within the company in ecommerce departments, digital marketing and business developments.
