Rider at Tango

We are seeking a reliable and responsible delivery rider to join our team. The successful candidate will be tasked with ensuring timely and accurate delivery of orders while maintaining high standards of customer service and safety. This role requires attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to navigate efficiently within Faisalabad.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect orders and verify delivery details before departure to ensure accuracy.
- Deliver orders promptly to the correct customer and address.
- Handle food packages with care to maintain quality during transit.
- Communicate with customers or the dispatcher when clarification or additional information is needed.
- Collect payments when required and return them to the designated staff member securely.
- Adhere strictly to traffic rules and regulations, and promptly report any delivery delays or vehicle-related issues.

Required Qualifications

- Possession of a valid motorcycle driving license.
- Good knowledge of Faisalabad roads and routes to ensure efficient deliveries.
- Proficiency in using a mobile phone and navigation applications for route guidance.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Good time management skills to meet delivery schedules consistently.
- Previous experience in delivery services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Clarification needed regarding whether a personal motorcycle is required for this role.

Compensation and Work Location

The monthly salary for this position ranges from Rs28,000 to Rs46,000, depending on experience and performance. This is an in-person role based within Faisalabad.
