Rigger

We are seeking a skilled Telecom RF Rigger to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of telecom antennas, feeders, and RF equipment at tower sites. This role requires hands-on experience with antenna mounting, feeder routing, and cable dressing, ensuring all work meets site specifications and safety standards. The position involves climbing towers and performing tasks at height while adhering strictly to safety protocols and using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). The successful candidate will collaborate closely with RF and field teams to support site installations, upgrades, and preventive maintenance activities, ensuring timely and efficient completion of assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of telecom antennas, feeders, and RF equipment at tower sites.
- Carry out antenna mounting, feeder routing, and cable dressing according to site requirements.
- Conduct tower climbing activities while following all safety procedures and utilizing proper PPE.
- Support site installation, upgrades, and preventive maintenance operations.
- Coordinate effectively with RF and field teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Required Qualifications:
- Matriculation or Intermediate education level, or a relevant technical diploma.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience in telecom tower rigging and RF equipment handling is preferred.
- Familiarity with safety standards and best practices related to tower climbing and telecom equipment installation.
