Rigger

We are seeking a skilled Telecom RF Rigger to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of telecom antennas, feeders, and RF equipment at tower sites. This role requires hands-on experience with tower climbing and a strong commitment to safety protocols. The successful candidate will work closely with RF and field teams to ensure efficient and timely completion of site-related tasks, including upgrades and preventive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of telecom antennas, feeders, and RF equipment at tower sites.
- Carry out antenna mounting, feeder routing, and cable dressing according to site specifications.
- Conduct tower climbing activities while strictly adhering to safety procedures and using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Support site installation, upgrades, and preventive maintenance activities to maintain network reliability.
- Coordinate effectively with RF and field teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks.

Required Qualifications:
- Matriculation or Intermediate education level, or a relevant technical diploma.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience in telecom tower work and RF rigging is preferred.
- Familiarity with safety standards and best practices related to tower climbing and telecom equipment handling.
