Responsibilities

Assist in the full recruitment cycle including job postings, screening, candidate interviews, and employee onboarding.
Administer employee benefits and ensure alignment with company policies and applicable laws.
Maintain comprehensive and accurate employee records and manage all HR-related documentation with attention to confidentiality and compliance.
Support employee relations efforts by addressing employee concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive work environment.
Contribute to the performance management process by organizing appraisals, collecting feedback, and supporting managers in evaluation efforts.
Coordinate employee training programs, development activities, and team-building events to foster continuous professional growth.
Monitor and ensure compliance with local labour laws, regulatory requirements, and internal HR policies, advising management as needed.
Assist in developing, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures to improve organizational effectiveness.
Generate detailed HR reports to track key metrics and provide insights to support decision-making.
Collaborate on various HR projects, contributing expertise and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
