A leading US based graphic design firm is looking for full time PPC MANAGER for its Karachi office, who can run PPC campaigns and monitor paid search budgets.
In this role, the candidate should be well-versed in principles of search engine marketing (SEM) including search engine optimization (SEO.) He should also be analytical and good with numbers.
The goal will be to ensure our online marketing efforts have the highest possible return on investment (ROI.)
Responsibilities
- Form effective paid search strategies aligned with organizational goals of high ROI, generate leads, and drive traffic to relevant websites.
- Generate new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and aid in the creation of new paid search marketing initiatives
- Write attractive and concise copy for adverts
- Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels
- Suggest improvement on coverage, conversions and traffic volumes through all campaigns
- Oversee accounts on search platforms (e.g. Google AdWords, Bing)
- Keyword research and competitor keyword gap analysis
- Be involved in keyword selection and audience targeting
- Ad copy testing and improvement
- Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI
- Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues
- Produce reports for management (e.g. dashboards)
- Maintain partnerships with PPC ad platforms and vendors
- Find ways to reduce risk of click fraud
- Keep abreast of PPC and SEM trends
- Landing Page Optimization
- KPI monitoring and reporting
- Search query reporting and refinement
- In depth data and campaign analysis to provide areas for improvement, including attribution across keyword performance and between display, PPC and retargeting
- Work closely with Sales team members to meet organizational goals
Desired Skills Required:
- Proven experience as a PPC Manager
- Experience in data analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts
- Familiarity with multiple platforms (e.g. AdWords, Facebook, Yahoo) is preferred
- Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Bing, Facebook, CMS etc.)
- Understanding of HTML and XML is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel)
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical thinking with strong math skills
- BSc/BA in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field; AdWords certification is a plus
- Certified Google Adwords Specialist
- Comfortable with manipulating and analyzing large data sets
- Ability to see trends and patterns in data and relate changes to performance
- Strong understanding of popular PPC platforms, Google Analytics & MS Excel
- Strong analytical, organizational and process skills to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent oral and written communications skills, with very strong attention to detail and adeptness at applying both technical and creative writing styles
- High performing self-starter, with proven ability to work both independently as well as a member of high performance-output teams in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
