The Director General Construction & Maintenance will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, technical oversight, and project execution management across all engineering and construction-related activities. The ideal candidate will have 25+ years of experience in senior roles such as Director Projects, Chief Engineer, or as a retired high-ranking government official (e.g., from federal/ provincial engineering departments).
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (or related field); PE/CE certification preferred.
25+ years of progressive experience in engineering, construction, and maintenance, with at least 10 years in a Director/Chief Engineer-level role.
Prior experience in government sector organizations (e.g., NHA, Pakistan Railways, C&W, MES, WAPDA) or large private firms is Preferred.
