Business Development Executive

We are looking for a resilient, empathic business development executive to contribute to the growth of our Real Estate/Development company. Business development executives will be responsible for finding and retaining clients, achieving sales targets, help in devising new marketing and sales strategies; encouraging extant clients to purchase/reinvest, and remaining abreast of changes in consumption.

To be successful as a business development executive, you should devise networking strategies and stay upto date with current market and its practices with the intention of attracting and retaining clientele.

Business Development Executive Responsibilities:

Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the market.
Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
Suggesting upgrades or added features and services that may be of interest to clients.
Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue through sales.
Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
Remaining in tune with trends in consumption and price ranges to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.

Business Development Executive Requirements:

Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.
Sales experience will be an added bonus.
Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
Professional yet affable disposition.
Neat, well-groomed appearance.
Great networking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Resourceful, Motivated and ability to achieve given targets with research skills.
