We are seeking a dedicated, customer-oriented, and detail-focused professional to join our team as a Cashier. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing cashiering functions while also supporting front desk and reception operations to ensure smooth daily administrative and customer service activities

Responsibilities

Receive, process, and accurately record cash, card, and other payment transactions.
Prepare daily cash collections and maintain accurate cash registers.
Reconcile all financial transactions with daily reports to ensure accuracy.
Generate and manage receipts, invoices, and payment documentation systematically.
Handle petty cash and maintain precise financial records with confidentiality.
Welcome and assist visitors, patients, and clients in a courteous and professional manner.
Manage front desk duties including answering telephone calls and responding to general inquiries.
Coordinate appointment scheduling and direct visitors to the concerned departments effectively.
Maintain registers, records, and documents related to cashier and front desk operations.
Ensure confidentiality and precision of all financial and administrative information handled.
Perform other relevant duties as assigned by the supervisor to support administrative and financial processes.
