As the Co-working Community & Sales Manager at Riphah International University, you take on a pivotal role in building and nurturing a vibrant community within our co-working spaces. Your expertise in customer relationship management and sales strategy allows you to foster connections with prospective clients and existing members. With a focus on community engagement, you create an atmosphere that encourages networking, collaboration, and innovation. You also develop and implement sales plans to drive membership growth while leveraging analytics tools to assess market trends and meet targets effectively. As a leader, you manage a dedicated team of individuals, providing guidance and support to achieve your collective goals in enhancing the co-working experience for all members. Your effective communication skills are essential in forging partnerships and negotiating deals to maximize our outreach and success.

Responsibilities

 

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current co-working members, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aimed at attracting new members, fullfil the occupancy and fostering long-term engagement.
  • Design and lead community engagement initiatives that promote networking, education, and collaboration among members.
  • Utilize social media marketing to enhance the visibility of the co-working space and engage with potential clients.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track performance metrics, analyze trends, and adjust strategies accordingly for improved outcomes.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to university leadership, highlighting successes, challenges, and future opportunities.
  • Negotiate agreements and contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and commitment.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Organize and oversee events and programs to enrich the community experience and promote the co-working space.
  • Manage a team, providing mentorship, training, and support to enhance team performance and achieve goals.
