Riphah International University is seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager Student Services to enhance and manage student engagement programs and services. The ideal candidate holds a minimum four-year Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized institution and possesses three to five years of relevant administrative experience within higher education or similar sectors. This role focuses heavily on student engagement, event management, career services, and student affairs. The Deputy Manager will contribute to creating a supportive environment that promotes Islamic Ethical Values while addressing the diverse needs of the student community effectively.
This position requires a professional with excellent organizational abilities, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other IT applications. Although this position does not include direct team management responsibility, the candidate should exhibit solid leadership qualities, including coordination, training, and conflict management skills. The Deputy Manager will be instrumental in planning and executing events, engaging stakeholders, and driving communication strategies that support student services and university goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Student Facilitation Center and provide effective student support services.
- Coordinate student societies, clubs, co-curricular & Extracurricular activities, and sports events.
- Organize student events, seminars, workshops, and engagement activities.
- Plan and execute career counseling sessions, trainings, internships, placement activities, and job fairs.
- Coordinate alumni engagement and networking initiatives.
- Supervise and support departmental staff and student volunteers.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of student-focused programs.
