Riphah International University seeks a dedicated Manager for Teachers Training to lead and oversee all facets of teacher development programs. This role focuses on designing, managing, and enhancing training initiatives that support the professional growth of educators. While this position currently does not involve managing a team directly, collaboration with trainers, coordinators, and institutional stakeholders is essential to ensure high standards of education and program success.
The Manager will play a crucial role in establishing effective training strategies and professional development plans, ensuring alignment with academic goals and institutional requirements. The role requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational and communication skills who can liaise effectively with schools and educational partners. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for preparing insightful reports, managing budgets, and maintaining program quality through continuous assessment and feedback analysis. This position demands a minimum of ten years of experience in teacher training or academic management and a Masters degree in Education, Management, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, development, and execution of comprehensive teacher training programs, workshops, and certification courses.
- Design and implement effective curriculum and professional development plans tailored to educators needs and academic standards.
- Collaborate with trainers, coordinators, and support staff to ensure the smooth delivery and coordination of all training activities.
- Conduct needs assessments and analyze performance data to monitor the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with schools, educational institutions, and stakeholders to expand and enhance training opportunities.
- Develop and manage budgets, prepare detailed reports on program outcomes, and provide regular performance reviews for senior management.
- Integrate educational technologies and learning management systems to enhance interactive learning experiences and monitor participant progress.
- Oversee the evaluation processes, including gathering feedback from participants and stakeholders to inform continuous program improvements.
- Ensure training programs comply with academic standards and institutional policies, promoting quality and consistency across all offerings.
- Support teacher coaching and mentoring initiatives to foster ongoing professional growth and instructional excellence.
