Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all student enrollment and course registration processes efficiently and accurately.
- Verify and maintain student records, ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.
- Provide clear guidance to students regarding admission requirements, registration procedures, academic policies, and deadlines.
- Process and document add/drop requests, course withdrawals, deferments, and course adjustments in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with academic departments to align course offerings and schedules with student registration needs.
- Respond professionally to student inquiries via email, phone, and face-to-face interactions while maintaining confidentiality.
- Accurately enter and manage student information within ERP and student information systems to ensure data integrity and security.
- Prepare and analyze enrollment reports, registration statistics, and other related documentation for management and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure adherence to institutional policies, timelines, and external regulatory frameworks governing student enrollment and registration.
- Assist in organizing and conducting orientation sessions, enrollment campaigns, and other student engagement activities.
- Support audit and quality assurance activities related to enrollment and registration to maintain compliance and process improvements.
- Utilize enrollment management software and data management tools for streamlined operations and reporting.
- Maintain document control and assist with regulatory compliance frameworks to ensure accountability and transparency.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of data governance and master data management practices to enhance data reliability.
- Coordinate with various departments to support the universitys mission through effective data management and enrollment processes.
