Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the entire student enrollment and registration process effectively, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Verify all applications and supporting documents to confirm eligibility and compliance with admission criteria.
- Maintain and update enrollment records and databases with precise and confidential data management.
- Coordinate regularly with applicants to inform them of registration status and to request any outstanding documentation.
- Prepare detailed enrollment reports for management and ensure data integrity in all documentation.
- Respond promptly to registration-related queries from applicants and provide necessary administrative support.
- Adhere strictly to organizational policies, admission procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements during the enrollment process.
- Use data management systems and customer relationship management software to organize and track applicant information.
- Ensure proper scheduling and coordination of registration activities to meet university deadlines.
- Utilize document management systems to maintain accurate and accessible records.
- Perform root cause analysis and problem solving to address and resolve issues in the registration process.
- Maintain attention to detail to minimize errors in data entry and information verification.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and external applicants to support smooth enrollment procedures.
