Riphah International University is seeking a dedicated Supervisor for Data Registration and Operations to oversee and coordinate daily activities related to data entry, verification, and records management. This role focuses on ensuring data accuracy, maintaining confidentiality, and streamlining operational workflows while driving process improvements within the department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management and operations coordination, with a commitment to upholding organizational policies and compliance standards.
This supervisory position involves monitoring performance metrics, preparing detailed operational reports, and collaborating with various teams to address challenges in registration processes. Although this role does not involve direct team management, it requires providing training and guidance to staff members to enhance their understanding of procedures and systems. A bachelors degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field, coupled with 3 years of relevant experience, is essential to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of data registration and operational tasks at the university.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily Data Registration and Operations (DRO) activities to ensure effective workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor data entry, verification, and record management to maintain high levels of accuracy and consistency.
- Ensure all registered data is complete, accurate, and handled with strict confidentiality.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve registration and operational challenges promptly.
- Prepare detailed daily and weekly reports outlining operational performance, productivity metrics, and areas for improvement.
- Provide training and support to staff on data management procedures, systems usage, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Ensure strict adherence to organizational policies, deadlines, and regulatory guidelines for data operations.
- Implement and recommend process improvements to optimize workflows, increase efficiency, and reduce errors in data registration activities.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews to verify data integrity and compliance with standards.
- Utilize data management tools and software to facilitate efficient database administration and enhance reporting capabilities.
- Collaborate with IT and project management teams to support system upgrades, ETL processes, and data warehousing initiatives.
- Implement best practices in performance monitoring and apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies where applicable to increase operational effectiveness.
