Riseon BPO is seeking a confident and professional Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to handle recruitment calls efficiently and present themselves professionally. This role requires proficiency in English and basic computer knowledge, including familiarity with MS Excel and Google Sheets. The successful candidate will contribute to the recruitment process by engaging with candidates, managing onboarding procedures, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Experience within a BPO or call center environment is preferred, as is the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting. The Recruiter will play an active role in representing Riseon BPO through public speaking engagements, video content, and social media promotions, ensuring the company's brand is portrayed positively and professionally.
This role does not involve managing a team but focuses on individual responsibility and collaboration within the recruitment function. The candidate will demonstrate confidence in public speaking and presentation skills while maintaining professional telephone etiquette and data-driven recruitment practices. A positive attitude and teamwork mindset are essential to excel in this position, contributing to the overall success of Riseon BPO's talent acquisition strategy and employer branding efforts.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Conduct professional and confident recruitment calls, ensuring clear communication with potential candidates and leads.
- Utilize data-driven recruiting methods to analyze recruitment metrics and improve hiring strategies.
- Coordinate and facilitate onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the company.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data entry and records using MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment databases.
- Participate actively in company video content creation and represent Riseon BPO on social media platforms and promotional events.
- Collaborate with the hiring team to understand job requirements, role expectations, and company culture to attract suitable candidates.
- Maintain professional phone etiquette and manage communications with candidates and clients effectively.
- Support employer branding initiatives through public speaking and representation of Riseon BPO at industry events or outreach programs.
- Adapt quickly to a fast-paced work environment while maintaining a positive attitude and promoting teamwork.
- Regularly update recruitment status reports and provide feedback to management on recruitment progress and challenges.
