Responsibilities

Engage directly with families and community members to build trust and rapport while representing Rishta Yaqeen’s values.
Undertake data collection and reporting to monitor outreach activities and assess community needs effectively.
Conduct outreach activities with cultural sensitivity and respect for Islamic identity and local traditions.
Demonstrate honesty and openness, admitting mistakes and showing willingness to learn and improve continuously.
Communicate fluently in Urdu, both verbally and in writing, to ensure clear and effective dialogue with community members.
Maintain professionalism by adhering to dress codes, personal hygiene standards, and organizational ethical guidelines.
Deliver public speaking engagements or presentations to raise awareness and educate community members about Rishta Yaqeen’s mission and programs.
Apply basic digital skills to write emails, complete forms, and update outreach records accurately.
Respectfully interact with diverse groups, exhibiting compassion and patience even in challenging situations.
Demonstrate a basic understanding of Islamic teachings and practices, incorporating them into outreach efforts respectfully.
