- Responsibility to operate telephone switchboard by receiving, giving and dispatching office telephone communication to the relevant recipients.
- Deliver/distributes mail/messages within office and outside the office.
- Record keeping of stationary and all the inventory; including call logs.
- Maintenance of office furniture and equipment.
- Maintain and update daily attendace and leave record.
- Ensure that all electrical equipment is switched off and the office is locked properly at closing time.
- Any other duties assigned by the superior
