Sales Manager

Riz Electric is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive the growth of our home automation solutions. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing and motivating the sales team, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the home automation industry, and a strategic approach to sales management.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and expand market share.
Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team to enhance their performance and productivity.
Sales Targets: Set and monitor sales targets for the team, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, product development) to ensure cohesive and effective sales efforts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
Extensive experience in sales management, preferably in the home automation or electronics industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
Fluency in English and Urdu is required.
