We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CCNA Trainer to join our team. The CCNA Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs that prepare individuals for the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification exam.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking technologies, extensive experience working with Cisco networking equipment, and a passion for teaching and mentoring others.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging training sessions covering various aspects of networking, including network fundamentals, LAN switching technologies, routing technologies, WAN technologies, infrastructure services, and security fundamentals.
- Create and update training materials, including presentations, hands-on lab exercises, and other educational resources, to ensure alignment with the latest CCNA exam objectives and industry best practices.
- Provide guidance and support to students throughout their learning journey, offering individualized instruction, troubleshooting assistance, and constructive feedback to help them achieve their learning goals.
- Collaborate with other members of the training team to continuously improve training programs and instructional methodologies and industry experts to enhance the learning experience.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes to certification exams, proactively updating training materials and adapting teaching strategies as needed to reflect these developments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification or higher (e.g., CCNP, CCIE) required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in the field of networking, with a strong understanding of TCP/IP networking, routing protocols, VLANs, ACLs, and other essential networking concepts.
- Proven experience designing and delivering technical training programs, with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
- Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting Cisco routers, switches, and other networking devices in a lab environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for teaching and helping others succeed.
