Rizi Markings is seeking a dedicated Female Marketing Staff member with at least one year of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong digital marketing skills and contribute to advancing our marketing initiatives. This role involves working within and leading a team of 10 persons to develop and execute effective marketing strategies that align with the companys goals and values. In this role, the marketing staff will focus on building brand awareness, managing campaigns, and driving customer engagement using digital channels. The candidate will collaborate closely with other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and promote the companys products and services effectively in the marketplace.
Responsibilities

Plan, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
Lead and manage a team of 10 marketing personnel, providing guidance, motivation, and performance evaluation to ensure team objectives are met.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats that impact the companys marketing strategies.
Develop content for social media platforms, websites, and email campaigns to attract and retain customers.
Coordinate with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and product launches.
Track and report on marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and recommend improvements.
Organize promotional events and activities that enhance the companys public image and customer relationships.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing tools and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.
Manage budgets allocated to marketing projects and ensure resources are used efficiently.
Engage with clients and stakeholders professionally to foster long-term relationships and enhance customer satisfaction.
