- Deliver user-centered design across multiple surfaces, devices and experiences,
- Partner with UX, ENG, and PM teams to align on x-platform solutions; develop and contribute to patterns, frameworks and best practices
- Serve as subject matter expert on UX design principles and methodologies, applying these skills across short-term and long-term objectives
- Develop end-to-end user journeys and flows with wireframes, low- and high-fidelity mocks, detailed interaction specs, prototypes, scenarios, and personas, and contribute to stakeholder artifacts that effectively communicate interaction and UX concepts
- Work alongside UX research and content design to help surface insights that uncover opportunities for innovation and drive design strategy
- Strong individual contributor with demonstrated conceptual and exceptional design skills work experience shipping successful platform experiences for products, apps, or web, as well as multiple modalities including interaction, motion, and visual.
- Expert in Figma to produce wireframes, high-fidelity mocks, motion prototypes, and user flows that span multiple surfaces, devices, web, and apps
- Able to define new patterns/frameworks that easily scale feature sets with cohesion and usability
- Ability to communicate clear design rationale to senior stakeholders
- Experience with research design utilizing various methods including but not limited to usability studies, contextual inquiry, and surveys.
- Experience integrating user research into product designs and design practices.
- Experience working closely with product manager, UX designer and engineer to inform product direction.
- Clear communications.
- Resourceful problem solving.
- Comfortable with ambiguity.
