Sales Manager

RJ Autonomous is seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to lead a team of sales professionals. The ideal candidate will bring 3–5+ years of successful sales experience and a proven track record leading or coaching a sales team. This role focuses on developing and executing sales strategies to increase market share and revenue, setting individual and team sales targets, and monitoring team performance through regular reviews. The Sales Manager will bring strong knowledge of CRM systems and sales forecasting tools to prepare accurate sales forecasts and business reports, while ensuring CRM compliance across the team. This position requires excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills to coach, mentor, and motivate the team toward consistently achieving business objectives. The Sales Manager also supports high-value negotiations and enterprise-level opportunities, and collaborates closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to improve lead generation and share customer insights and market feedback. A background in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
Lead, coach, mentor, and motivate a team of 5 sales professionals to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Set individual and team sales targets.
Monitor sales performance and conduct regular performance reviews.
Analyze sales KPIs, pipeline health, and conversion metrics.
Prepare sales forecasts and business reports using CRM and forecasting tools.
Support high-value negotiations and enterprise-level opportunities.
Collaborate with Marketing to improve lead generation.
Work closely with Product and Operations teams, sharing customer insights and market feedback.
Ensure CRM compliance and maintain accurate sales reporting.
