Operations Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager responsible for overseeing the company's day-to-day operations in Lahore. The Operations Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing operational policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations, supervising and coordinating with various departments particularly sales, and managing budgets and financial performance.

Objectives:

Maintain constant communication with managers, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the company
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols
Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company’s internal capacity
Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget
Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed
Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable departments
Oversee sales and ensure that all follow-ups are being done in a timely manner
Assist CEO by ensuring all directives are being followed with constant communication with all departments

Qualifications:

Experience in operations management, preferably in the agriculture or seed industry
Knowledge of operations management principles and best practices
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
Master's degree in Operations Management or related field is a plus
