Robobooth seeks a creative and skilled Motion Designer with a minimum of five years of experience to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and producing engaging motion graphics and animations that bring concepts to life and enhance the visual storytelling of our projects. This role demands a strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro and motion graphics design principles. The Motion Designer will collaborate closely with creative directors and other team members to deliver visually captivating content that meets the companys standards and client expectations. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills and the ability to interpret and implement feedback effectively while maintaining deadlines. Although this position does not currently involve managing a team, it requires a self-motivated individual who is highly organized and passionate about continuous learning and development in the field of motion design.
Responsibilities

Create visually compelling motion graphics and animations using Adobe Premiere Pro and other design tools.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop concepts that align with project goals and brand guidelines.
Interpret project briefs and client requirements to produce high-quality visual content on schedule.
Edit and assemble recorded raw material into a suitable, finished product ready for broadcasting or online publication.
Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and revise animations accordingly to ensure the final product meets quality standards.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends, techniques, and technologies in motion graphics to continuously improve work quality.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising creativity or quality.
Ensure all motion design projects adhere to the companys brand identity and visual style consistency.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to clarify objectives and deliverables.
Collaborate with other designers and creative professionals to integrate motion design into multimedia projects.
