The primary focus will be migrating existing automation processes to an in-house RPA platform while ensuring no disruption to business operations. This role involves close collaboration with business, IT, and data teams to transform manual and semi-automated workflows into reliable, secure, scalable, and intelligent end-to-end processes. Additionally, the engineer will support the integration of AI agents and intelligent automation capabilities to enhance productivity across various business functions. The initial 12-month contract is based in Islamabad, Pakistan, and requires 3 to 5 years of relevant experience along with a bachelor’s degree.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the complete migration of existing automation processes to an in-house RPA platform.
- Inventory, assess, and prioritize automation processes for migration and optimization.
- Re-engineer processes where necessary, rebuild bots, conduct testing, manage cutover, and decommission legacy automation.
- Identify, analyze, and document business processes suitable for RPA and AI-driven automation.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using platforms such as Microsoft Power Automate, n8n, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or equivalents.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements and define automation workflows.
- Map current “as-is” processes and design optimized “to-be” workflows.
- Develop and integrate AI agents to boost productivity across teams and business functions.
- Work with datasets to support data preparation, model training, validation, optimization, and performance evaluation.
- Integrate AI models and agents with automation workflows and enterprise systems to build intelligent end-to-end solutions.
