Robotics Instructor

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable STEM Instructor specializing in block programming, Scratch, Robotics, and Arduino to join our educational institution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging, interactive lessons that inspire students and enhance their skills in these key areas. This role involves fostering creativity, critical thinking, and technical proficiency through hands-on projects and collaborative learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver curriculum modules focused on block programming, Scratch, robotics, and Arduino.
- Conduct dynamic classroom sessions and workshops that engage students actively.
- Guide students in understanding coding principles and developing logical thinking skills.
- Encourage creativity and innovation through project-based challenges and activities.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their growth.
- Organize and maintain all necessary equipment and learning materials.
- Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in STEM education.
- Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects to enrich the learning experience.
- Maintain regular communication with parents or guardians regarding student progress and achievements.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in Robotics, Arduino, IoT, LEGO kits, and STEAM-based activities and projects.
- Specialization in block programming, Scratch, robotics, and Arduino platforms.
- Previous teaching experience in STEM and Robotics subjects.
- Proficiency in block-based programming languages and Arduino development.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills to effectively engage students.
- Creativity and adaptability to tailor lessons to diverse learning needs.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Effective organizational and time management skills.
- A genuine passion for STEM education and inspiring young learners.
