Key Responsibilities:
As a Robotics Trainer, you will conduct interactive robotics sessions for students at on-site locations within the Karachi Division. Your role involves guiding learners through the process of building, programming, and testing robotic systems in alignment with GleeGather’s experiential STEM curriculum. You will be responsible for preparing lesson plans, educational materials, and demonstration projects that support hands-on learning.
Daily tasks include setting up and maintaining robotics equipment, supervising student projects, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the safe and effective use of all tools and systems. Collaboration with academic coordinators and school staff is essential to monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and enhance program delivery continuously. This internship requires a consistent on-campus presence and active engagement with students in both classroom and laboratory settings.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in robotics, including working with robotic systems, basic programming, configuration, and classroom demonstrations.
- Skills in robotic welding and the application of robots in manufacturing or technical projects.
- Experience in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of robotics equipment and related hardware used in educational settings.
- A strong passion for STEM education and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and engagingly to school-age learners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset for working alongside educators and students.
- Ability to work on-site within the Karachi Division, manage multiple student groups simultaneously, and maintain a safe learning environment.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Coursework or hands-on experience in robotics, mechatronics, engineering, or related technical disciplines is highly desirable.
