We are seeking a talented BS English student or recent graduate for a 1-month paid internship, with the potential to extend into a permanent role. As our BS English Intern, you will assist the video production team by applying your writing, language, and research skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist script writers with research for YouTube video topics
- Provide writing support for scripts and other creative copy
- Proofread and refine scripts for grammar, spelling, and style
- Revise and optimize scripts for better audience engagement
- Suggest ideas for improving scripts and video concepts
- Participate in team brainstorming sessions
- Complete ad-hoc writing, editing, and administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed BS in English, Journalism or related field
- Strong language, grammar, spelling and punctuation skills
- Excellent writing and communication abilities
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to absorb and implement feedback
- Passion for YouTube and online video
