Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential customers, including bakeries and other SMEs, to promote and sell Rocket Scoolha's biomass burner solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, providing product demonstrations, and offering tailored solutions.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to enhance product offerings and address customer feedback.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the renewable energy sector or related industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.
