Job Responsibilities:

Build & lead a team of Facility Management resources.
Coordination with the Project development team to ensure smooth transition from Developer to customers.
Liable to engage resources/third parties for daily services regarding the project.
Responsible for executing agreements between owner & management company projects.
Record keeping of all the relevant documentation.
Responsible for smooth building operations.
Shift management of building staff and their corresponding payroll.
Complain with management and ensure the TATs are met according to SLAs.
Facilitation of unit owner’s affairs about property.

Job Requirements:

Qualification: Bachelors
Experience: 5 Years experience in relevant Field
