We are seeking an Admin Officer to provide support in day-to-day administrative operations, combining proficiency in Excel, strong organizational skills, and multitasking abilities. The ideal candidate will contribute to various administrative tasks, data entry, and presentation preparation in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Data Entry:

  • Conduct accurate and efficient data entry, maintaining and updating records and databases as required.

Administrative Support:

  • Offer general administrative support, including filing, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and responding to emails and phone calls.

Housekeeping:

  • Ensure the office environment is well-maintained, including overseeing general housekeeping tasks to create a clean and organized workspace.

Facility Management:

  • Take charge of facility management tasks, ensuring a safe, functional, and comfortable working environment for all employees.

Proficiency in Excel:

  • Create, update, and maintain spreadsheets, perform data analysis, and generate reports using Microsoft Excel.

Presentation Preparation:

  • Assist in creating and formatting presentations, reports, and documents.

Organizational Skills:

  • Maintain and organize both physical and digital documents for easy retrieval.

Communication:

  • Professionally interact with team members, clients, and vendors, both in writing and over the phone.

Office Supplies and Inventory:

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.

Skills & Core Competencies:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, demonstrating the ability to perform complex data analysis and use advanced functions.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners).
  • Basic understanding of office management procedures.
