Retail Sales Manager will mainly be responsible for:
- To ensure all the time morale of the sales team will be at the highest level
- To ensure the sales team strictly comply company policy & office decorum.
- To ensure the entire sales team give 100% output
- To ensure the entire sales team has firm grip over product knowledge
- To ensure company marketing strategy must be stronger/better than competitors
He will also mainly be responsible for:
- To finalize and present annual targets based on quarterly targets with substantial growth.
- To ensure daily sales targets achievement of TSOs & ASMs.
- Eventually responsible for the achievement of the target of each TSO.
- To formulate strategy onward to achieve annual targets.
- To formulate strategy onward to remove monthly deficiencies in the month.
- To ensure annual/monthly targets achievement
- To ensure, untapped market is tapped immediately
- Personally visit untapped areas in order to achieve targets
- To ensure recovery with customer is made as per company policy, incase of violation from customer, take corrective action immediately
- To ensure all customers are satisfied
- To ensure credit limit of customers is full all the time
- To ensure customer must be contacted atleast twice a week by Manager Sales
- To ensure company’s all SKU are selling perfectly.
- To formulate strategy to sell slow moving items.
Requirement:
Individuals must have 4+ years experience in a similar role preferably in the FMCG sector
