Room Attendant - House Keeping (Short Term rental apartments)

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our short-term rental property management team. In this position, you will be responsible for turnaround cleanings between guest stays across a portfolio of apartments. Your main goal is to ensure hotel-quality cleanliness, provide fresh linens, and prepare each unit to guarantee a smooth and welcoming check-in experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest apartments during check-out and check-in periods, covering living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, and bathrooms.
- Strip used bed linens and towels, manage laundry by washing and folding or coordinating laundry pick-ups, and remake beds according to company standards.
- Clean the interiors of appliances such as refrigerators, microwaves, and ovens, and wipe down countertops and cabinets.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum all apartment areas; dust furniture, fixtures, and electronics thoroughly.
- Replenish guest supplies including toiletries (soap, shampoo, toilet paper), fresh towels, coffee and tea bars, and kitchen essentials.
- Inspect apartments for any property damage or missing items left by guests and promptly report maintenance issues to management.
- Clean TV screens, remotes, and smart home devices (e.g., Alexa, Google Home); ensure remotes have working batteries and are neatly placed.
- Monitor stock levels of guest consumables in each apartment and notify management when supplies are low.
- Wipe down front doors, keypads, and smart lock handles; ensure door mats are clean and properly aligned.

Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, room attendant roles, or residential cleaning is preferred. Experience with short-term rentals or Airbnb properties is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for cleanliness, organization, and staging apartments neatly for arriving guests.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
