Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote Roomi Builder & Developer's properties and services.
Lead Generation: Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other channels. Identify potential buyers and schedule appointments for property viewings.
Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Provide information about available properties and guide them through the sales process.
Sales Conversion: Convert leads into sales by effectively communicating the benefits of Roomi Builder & Developer's properties. Negotiate terms and prices to facilitate successful property transactions.
Documentation: Assist clients with the completion of legal documentation and paperwork. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales, insurance, or call center roles.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills, particularly over the phone.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Age requirement: 25-40 years.
- Fluency in English and Urdu; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
