- The incumbent would be required to have competent expertise of independently conducting and monitoring legal proceedings, Conduct litigation and manage related legal affairs.
- Appearance in courts of law, OGRA, NEPRA and other government departments to peruse the legal matters of the company regularly.
- Writing of applications, agreements, undertakings etc.
- Draft, petitions, legal notices and its replies.
- Update management about legal issues and statutory compliances on need basis.
- Liaison with internal departments of company and external regulators and advisors.
