- Providing expertise on current business processes and procedures through business process documentation and according to defined methods.
- Designing and developing application extensions and customizations to bridge the gap between standard application functionality and business practices.
- Effectively liaisoning with key stakeholders to collect business requirement and future expectations.
- Participating in Future Process Modeling and Business Process Mapping to ensure that the critical business requirements and expectations of the key stakeholders are met.
